Our fastest growing market is in the United States, which we support and develop through our office in Boulder, Colorado. We are constantly searching for responsible, reliable and committed sports technology enthusiasts to join our team in Boulder.
You support our US customers in using our products, especially our race|result 11 software and our race|result System for electronic sports time-keeping. You solve complicated technical problems and are responsible for training new customers and answering technical sales and support questions. Furthermore, you work together with the worldwide support team and our developers at our German Headquarters, being the interface between our customers and the development department. This position is based in our Boulder, Colorado office.
You have a technical background and experience in 1st level customer support and training. You have a great technical understanding as well as the interest in becoming acquainted with new topics. You pitch in for the team wherever needed. You like helping customers, and don’t mind being on call after hours to answer emergency support questions. You bring enthusiasm for sports and enjoy travelling to sporting events around the country. Experience in sports timekeeping is preferred but not essential.
