Fragestellung

Die race result AG hat sich in den letzten 10 Jahren von einem Startup zum Innovationsführer im Bereich der Technologieentwicklung zur Sportzeitmessung entwickelt. Die etwa 50 Mitarbeiter erwirtschaften  einen 8-stelligen Umsatz und verzeichnen dabei eine Umsatzrendite, die ein Vielfaches des Durchschnitts des deutschen Mittelstands ausmacht. Das Wachstum von durchschnittlich über 30% p.a. in den letzten 10 Jahren konnte dabei organisch erzielt werden. Nie war RACE RESULT auf Investoren angewiesen und dennoch jederzeit profitabel.

Aufgabenstellung

Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die race result AG mit der Brille von außen zu betrachten und die Schlüsselerfolgsfaktoren zu identifizieren, so dass diese bei zukünftigen strategischen Entscheidungen berücksichtigt werden können und RACE RESULT weiterhin Projekte initiiert, die mit den Schlüsselerfolgsfaktoren korrelieren. Dabei könnten neben anderen diese Bereiche von entscheidender Bedeutung sein:

• Effizienz der Prozesse
• Verständnis vom Markt, vom Kunden und dessen Anforderungen
• Marketing und Vertriebsnetzwerk
• Kompetenz überlegene Produkte zu entwickeln
• Mitarbeiter, Mitarbeiterstruktur, Vergütungssysteme, Stimmung im Team
• Breite der Lösung im Vergleich zu Einzelprodukten
• Produktpreissystem der Lösung
• Markt im Vergleich zu anderen Märkten

Voraussetzungen/Anforderungen

• Du studierst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein ähnliches Fach im Masterstudium.
• Du überzeugst durch außergewöhnliche Leistungen im und neben dem Studium.
• Dich zeichnen sowohl ausgeprägte analytische wie technische Fähigkeiten aus. Gute bis sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse sind ein klares Plus.
• Du bringst viel Engagement mit und möchtest Veränderung bewirken.
