Hardware Repair Specialist (m/f/d)

At our headquarters in Pfinztal near Karlsruhe, we develop innovative ideas, hardware, software, workflows, products, online platforms and more, at a high technological standard. Our solutions accompany millions of athletes to their finish. We have a constant growth of 30 % a year, continually expanding with new customers, new countries and new products. We now have offices in the USA and Malaysia and distributors in six other countries. Due to this development and growth, we are constantly searching for new employees in all of our offices.

Your duties:

• Oversee repairing of damaged or malfunctioning hardware as well as upgrading older systems with newer hardware
• Debug hardware error codes
• Solve electrical problems including some soldering of components
• Work closely with our team locally as well as our repair team at HQ in Germany
• Oversee fully testing systems, documenting repairs, and communicating with customers about repairs
• In charge of keeping inventory and ordering all repair parts

Your profile:

• Technical background and experience with electrical components
• Mechanically inclined and good with tools
• Enjoy tinkering with hardware and working independently
• Knowledge of electrical circuits not required but helpful for diagnosing hardware problems
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Good deductive and problem solving skills
