Technical Support Manager (m/f/d)

At our headquarters Germany, we develop innovative ideas, hardware, software, workflows, products, online platforms and more, at a high technological standard. Our solutions accompany millions of athletes to their finish. We have a constant growth of 30% a year, continually expanding with new customers, new countries and new products.

LATAM Office serves the entire Latin American market. The region is growing rapidly, bringing many new tasks and challenges. We work closely with our headquarters in Germany, while focusing specifically on the needs and requirements of the Latin American market. Due to this development and growth, we are looking for new employees to join our team

Your duties:

• Supporting our LATAM customers from the office and on-site by managing complex and demanding event requirements
• Takes care of the emergency line for our LATAM customers
• Conducting customer-specific training
• International customer contact in the technical field
• Documenting our products in our knowledge base and internal knowledge transfer
• Acting as an extension of the development team for testing new products and contacting customers

Your profile:

• You are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or others are a plus
• You are available and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis and work on weekends when required for customer events
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are a proactive, self-driven professional who enjoys working independently
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers and partners
• You have a background in software development, programming, software engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in sports timing, endurance events, or the sports technology industry is considered an asset
• You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
